Not a wine connoisseur but want to make use of the remaining 21 weekends to test out some wines for The Big Party coming right up in December. Got hold of the Penfolds Bin 389 and Bin 407.
Our official 1st bottle was finished with Gnome and Juliet.
Penfolds Bin 407 (2007)
Sweet in tongue, minty at throat.
Verdict: N found it hard to swallow. I didnt quite enjoy the minty feel at throat.
Tasting for Bin 389 will be put on hold cos we couldnt afford to get a hangover on Sat morning! Due for a short road trip! =D
