swissroll attempt over the monday mc day ;)
refused to sneek a nap in bed after the drowsy flu blue pills n stayed awake with the rolling and the measuring in the kitchen, after watching "the prince and me" - the fairytale show xian brot back home..
but, the swiss roll din rise :( no baking agents involved, but i was supposed to get the natural baking agent from whisking the eggs... prolly i folded in wrongly and caused all air bubbles within to burst :( :( no swiss rolls yesterday... no pics for blogging too :( :(
