2nd attempt @ the muffins, keeping in mind the comments i have received for the 1st batch on sunday -- too moist, not sweet enuff.. care was taken to reduce the moisture this time round n not to spill the sugar over the weighing scale ;P...
the mixture was more gooey *thumbs up*
compare this to the 2nd pic, its not as fluidy anymore :) *excitedly* thinks it will be better than sunday's. we made X3 more of muffins, so it has to be better.. ;)
spot the special muffin? went to buy the rainbow toppings specially to decorate the muffins. but din turn out pretty..so those din make it out to the public...shall try choco rice as requested nex time round..
gave almost all away.. :)
and caught the 200 pound beauty in the noon... the girl's HOT!!!!! n pretty!!!! *faintz*
