Miss Clarity Dinner 25 Sep (Mon)
after much brainstorm, decided to bring a beloved fren to Ms Clarity for dinner. *fingers smackin good* :) :) so we were tooo full for bread pudding after dinner :( SY says the bread pudding is goodz...
headed TheCathay for Pulse. yuckish. freakish. scary-ish. i chose the it over Gigolo wannabe juz as i was making payment. always hav the urge to scare the shit outta myself n then when i hit the theatre, n even b4 the show starts, i ll feel the FIRST tinge of regret over the choice o show. n then when the show starts, i ll ask myself why i agreed to these horror flicks in the first place. this goes on in a cycle. i need counselling!!!
Sun, Sea and Sand 26 Sep (Tues)
Started the day bright n early w breakfast in the MORNING!! Hit Harborfront 9am n went straight to Seah Im for bf. then it was a WHOLE day of Sun, Sea and Sand, and a super nice tan ..... and a bloody big pimple!!! *urgh*
* juz remembered tt we forgot to take pics! so no pics for blogging :( *
headed JEC for The Host. qt a funny korean show.. love their kinda humor! ;) nex show wld be Rob-B-hood (or BB plan) cos Vincy's song was used in the show!!! ;) and the baby is juz sooooooooooooooooo cute! (o_O)
ECP Blading 27 Sep (Wed)
hit ECP eaaaaaaaarly morning for BIG BREAKFAST!! my favorite!! :) b4 hitting the park for some action :) B n KK picked up e wheels at an amazing speed.. daredevils they are... can perform stunts alr ;)
went peninsular plaza (PP) and now ....... J is a proud owner of a pair of blazing blades!! received v good service frm the Skateline @ PP. stayed in the shop for almost an hr? or more. and the guy was still as chirpy n entertaining us ;) even helped us find the location of Magic Wok for our dinner thereafter... n the dinner explans why i woke up w the poo urge this morning... ;)
n then there was a 5 min which i argued about bt wells, its nth now ;)

the power of peer pressure
saw mooooooore n mooooooore blazing bladers n moooore n moooore blade owners! W n bf got theirs over the weekend ;) ;) blading dates nex time!!
FamilyDay 2006
got those pics from a beloved colleague n an ex-to-be beloved colleague. had a day of fun w the fooood, tatoos, balloons, baby watching, sandcastle watching, a nice dinner and not to forget, blading!!!! ;)
whiz off for a good show of "John Tucker muz DIE!!" its funny to see what the 3 bimbotic women can do when they found out tt they ve been cheated by their bf! hilarious show!!! ;p
and... with much guilt, i realised tt making someone wait 30min for u is an unforgivable offence which deserves some capital punishment! but of cos, i was let off easily by a movie treat cos the dear one was a merciful and magnanimous soul! ;)

FoodExpress
told mummy about the Thailand tau kua that i had at ThaiExpress recently, and she whipped up a dish of Thailand tau kua-Singapore style. Instead of only the deep fried tau kua coated with thai sweet chilli sauce and chilli flakes, she added in bean sprouts, little shreds of veges and peanuts! ;) Almost like rojak, but not quite the same. It's Yummalicious!

held at ECP this year. the theme was SANDCASTLE BUILDING! the thing started at 830AM n being the NON-kiddish adult that we are, we decided to giv SANDCASTLE building a miss n strolled in at 1030AM ;) anyway it was tooo freakin early. skating was our theme for the day ;) and J, i see moo lahs kiaped to wings alr!!

1100 - morning tea break
1400 - lunch
1630 - tea break
1930 - dinner
:) the troopers were full after a whole day of eating, but we stil made ourselves go for tea break at 1630. and the moment we sat dwn at OCK, we juz had to order sthg! :)
the only work day of the week n this is basically wat we did... *heh*
life is goooodz :)

sent a snail mail to the states on 060906. n it reached there on 140906!! 8 days!! wow! i was promised 9-12 (or isit 12-15...cant remember) wrkg days!! kip up the gooooooood work snail mailers!!
tt s why i aways say: "promise less, deliver more!"
u make the promisee happy! :)
tts y when i always tell ppl tt i ll b 30 min late whenever i m 15 min late!! n when the clock ticks to the 15th minute, i ll spring out n TAHDAAAAH!!! Surprise!!!

soooo much changes hav been made to the school! its now aesthetically moooore appealing. pebbles, mozaic ground, 2 pianos at common areas, airconned hall....
more little gardens w flowers tt attract the bumble bees n the birdies, 2 swings placed in e garden.....everything set for a more romantic pat-toring experience in the school! i think CKG is an advocate of teenage pat-toring! :) either tt or she s simply toooo generous w her spendings :)
visited Babe n da sis n cousin at punggol park in the nite.

turns out she had a stupid dream abt me:
i asked someone (let the person b X) for an underwear n X handed me a piece of underwear. little did i know tt it was actually a shirt, folded into the shape of an underwear. so when i held it agst me n tried to put it on...........the "underwear" suddenly unfolds itself n became a Tshirt!!!! i think pictures wld paint a thousand words here... bt i m juz toooo lazy to take those pics!

brought J to blade!! *hiak hiak* now she seems a lil bit hooked on blading! :)
do u see wings kiaped onto ur $$ yet? :)
seems like the whole of DT s picking up the sport cos we met a coupla peeps there :)
first route: towards bedok jetty. wanted to bring J to see the sandcastle. but halfway thru, it started to get windy. caps were blown off the heads. leaves rustled n fell to the ground. we thot it was gg to rain n was only wise tt we made a U-turn. in the end, it didn rain AT ALL. felt so cheated by the weather!
second route: dwn fort rd w some DT peeps we happen to chance upon earlier. :) seems to be easier cos of less humps *mai hump mai hump*
dinner was a yummalicious seoul gdns which i had asked for some time back (cant seem to remember tho). n i thot the apples were gg to appear right in front of my eyes when i said, "i want to eat apples."
apparently, magic doesn exist *sighss*

n then i went lingerie shopping w mummy (ok. this isn a highlight. hee)
saw this reallllie stylo milo cutsie sweetz bangle watch w a heart shape face. bt sales lady went out for a SUPER loooooong lunch. so i saved $125. :) :)

oh yes...
e steamboat dinner which i missed last nite was goooood. i JUS had it.
the sun was scorching hot this afternoon... n we got a lil sunburnt :)
AIM: a nice dark n even tan for the wedding at the end o this mth :)
cos D says a good tan wld complement the white n brown dress :)
it's marvellously amazing to see a bunch of working adults behaving like kids outside the office - pole climbing, swings, duckee n pony riding, slides :)
it's sweeeeeet to see a MAN handling a baby
baby Ryan gave us girls each a wave bye bye n a Special - take out du du (pacifier) to pankiss

ive always made it a point to BOLD n REcolor my font cos some1 complained tt the original font is difficult to read.
tt s a conscious effort. dun take for granted..
appreciate the small things in life :) :)

On recreation
experimented w banana chocolate at the BBQ last nite. J n I decided tt adding some marshmellows into the banana chocolate might make it taste even BETTER. I could juz imagin the taste when i thought of it. could almost taste it. banana grilled till soft and gooey, oozing with melted chocolate n marshmellows. perfect!
But, the result wasn what was expected/imagined. bad experiment. luckily we only put our 'creative' idea into 4 of the banana chocolatesss :)
hence, the rest were good for consumption. A seems to like it alot :)
played w Ryan babyyy n the father says i seem to b able to handle kids qt well *gloats*
watched some ppl play tennis b4 the BBQ n felt the urge to play a game... soon :)
so next on the agenda:

dun worry. its not a san fen zhong re du thingy. i AM STILL blading. STILL playing badminton. not juz seeking new recrea every nw n then... i still continue with watever new recrea i have started since the beginning of this blog :)
