told mummy about the Thailand tau kua that i had at ThaiExpress recently, and she whipped up a dish of Thailand tau kua-Singapore style. Instead of only the deep fried tau kua coated with thai sweet chilli sauce and chilli flakes, she added in bean sprouts, little shreds of veges and peanuts! ;) Almost like rojak, but not quite the same. It's Yummalicious!


Family Day 2006 (23 Sep)

held at ECP this year. the theme was SANDCASTLE BUILDING! the thing started at 830AM n being the NON-kiddish adult that we are, we decided to giv SANDCASTLE building a miss n strolled in at 1030AM ;) anyway it was tooo freakin early. skating was our theme for the day ;) and J, i see moo lahs kiaped to wings alr!!
