6 weeks of inertia getting back into the fitness regime after a 1-week + 1-month off pass which started from a purrrrrfect vision correction and then a flying fox landing misshap which gave my workout partner a bad knee.
And I cant give up my food indulgence

Seriously need to do something about it soon
