visited the candy enmpire @ vivo some time back n caught sight of these marshmellow jams! :) they were selling @ a hefty price of S$9.50 PER JAR!! but these new imports were on sale! so i got them 1 for 1 :) :) decided to put it to some use today.. flipped through the cupcake n muffin bake book and decided upon a recipe :)

the dear one visited and helped do some washing n scooping alongside in the kitchen... n was rewarded with 18 cupcakes neatly packed into a tupperware box :)
