Strawberry Marshmellow Cake - 16 May

An attempt made after seeing a pretty pic on a fren's fren blog :)

the combination of strawberry and marshmellow jus sounded delectable! :) recipe was simple to follow too. we had to do it! :)

so we went to Fairprice at 830pm on a tuesday night to buy those ingredients :)

a trolley-load of junks. CASTER sugar! - the secret ingredient my swiss roll lacked (or so i think), the strawberriess and the marshmellows. and others..

the slice tt went to mummy's tummy. The FIRST time she says "eh, not bad leh!" *beams*

could do better with moooore marshmellow :) and harder crust :) :) :) and we forgot to put strawberry on top of the crust..

someone says it looks like tomato soup. Does it?? I flipped the pic around and only saw STRAWBERRY leh... **ZzzZ*
