10 reasons

I am trying to convince myself n every auditor out there, esp after ONE more of my honeybunches announced her resignation

1. only 3 more months till the end of peak, numerous toil n one overseas trip
2. only 5 more months to bonus month
3. i get to claim cab fares
4. i get S$10 meal allowance a day
5. i stil haven claimed my S$100 dental
6. i have 14 days of MC unclaimed
7. i have (number of days since Jan 2007 to date, n all the way till april) * (at least 2 hrs of toil everyday)
8. i din claim medical from Jul06 til now (at least > half a yr), this makes me eligible for a S$200 bonus coming July
9. i get to travel around Singapore. so i get to eat reallie nice food. shall rattle the place of audit and the food off memory:
- TUAS JOB - seafood reataurant along PIONEER road. their bamboo clams are qt special.
Fave food here would be the fried mango puff, which has a fried breaded exterior and
oozing mango interior
- KEPPEL BLDG JOB (ex) - Famous Lor Mee with looooong queue, second only to the lor mee
in North Bridge Road. Both boasts of a crunchy bite within the mouthfuls of noodles, the
secret ingredient being crispy fried fish
- TANGLIN JOB - Donuts from B1 of Tanglin Mall, selling at 3 for S$1.50. Comes in 2 types
of toppings, nuts or candy
- JLN PENMINPIN JOB - Thai restaurant set within this private estate, selling yummy thai
food at affordable prices (<>
clover cres/ave. They have verrrrrrrrrrrrrry yummilicious prawn noodle (best taken soup)
sold by an old couple at S$2 and THE BEST home made barley and ice milo one can ever
find!!!! :) never thot i could find a cuisine out of these verrrry simple drinks. they are thick
and made of REAL substance. go try. It was my daily booster for that 1 month +
- YISHUN JOB - nothing v worthy of getting mentioned in this food chart, but they do sell
cheap "recess time" food. Laksa/meesiam/mee rebus (and 2 other food which i do not
remember, each for a day). they cost only S$1 a bowl. I am gg to have them come March! ;)
- BUGIS JOB - situated near all the nice eateries, we tried a different one every day. MOST of
them have been on TV or papers in one way or another, so EVERYTHIN goes! :)

10. i don't see the same faces every 365 days, so no time to engage in politics (which happens in every co)
11. everybody gets promoted, so there's no politics anyway
12. i got to apply URGENT LEAVE last thursday and juz applied for today as well, because i dun feel like working

SEE? i managed 12 reasons! isnt tt enuff reasons to stay already! alright! i ve managed to convincemyself tonight! :)
this self-deceit kinda debate goes on everytime the "quarter-life crisis" hits ;) ie. everytime i have the urge to quit or someone leaves...

got assigned on a stat board job which req me to do a competency test. haven read the MANUAL (YES! there s a manual to read) tho wanted to do it over this cny break. bt who the hell reads during the long deserved break??? wonder wat will happen if i fail the test?? heeeee....dun think they ll even allow tt to happen. so i shant even think abt it... haha
