random thots

got sooooo many things to blog about today!!!!! think i can juz go on n on n on n on....... =)

made my *FIRST EVER* cheesecake on chu 3 morning.... mummy din want me to make....cos a few weeks b4, pinky(my xiaomei's pet name which only I can call k) & I made some triple chocolate cookies & she finished up mooooost of it & had ulcers...... BUT...i still dragged her n mummy to NTUC on wed morning to get my ingredients (it was reallie a last min thingy & so i had to call serO for help, cos i din know wat to buy!!!!) after i dragged them to eat mac breakfast with me =) =)

made my cake with the help of mum n pinky........which was why it din turn out as nice as i had wanted it to....bcos mummy din know tt the crust was supposed to be CRISPY n she added ALOT of water to my marie biscuit crust!!!!! =(

SO, the crust din taste as nice as it shd be....and SO, I didn offer it to my girlies who came over in the afternoon.....so they din get to TASTE the cheesecake...

HOWEVER, they shall get to SEE hw it looks like =) [pics below]


And this morning, happily packed 2 gams into my bag and went to my client's place to bai nian (cos client reminded me last fri to bring...)

**me stepping into client's room**

me: "Hey Evelyn!!! I brought 2 gams....so who do I bai nian with??" (I know the qn sounds silly....bt there are alot of ppl in the office wad...n i only had TWO gams ok)

eyelyn: "oooorr.....wo gen ni kai wan xiao de la!"

***HA HA HA***

me: *feeling cheated (I really thot the company pan dan ma!! tts y asked for gam-exchange!!) and walked back to my wrk desk to chk my yahoo mail............

saw an email from SANJAY GAMMALLA!!!!!! I was wondering 'who the hell is tt??!!!' when i saw the heading 'RE: wedding template'

hahaha.....so i realised tt i sent the wedding template to the wrong person! SANJAY's addy is @hotmail.com & my cousin's is @yahoo.com!!!! poor SANJAY muz have gotten a shock when he received a mail (with WEDDING TEMPLATE attached) from me....cos the template (as it is named) is a WEDDING template, n hence is a template for wedding lar (confusing hor? it is juz a WEDDING TEMPLATE!! dun ask me wat it is k....if u wanna get married, I can send it to u!)

felt like killing my cousin for giving me the wrong address!! or maybe it was me? =P

felt blue earlier...but blogging this seems to have neutralised the blues =)
