SHORT FORMS

I ve been sooo used to short forms....tt sometimes i forget tt others might not udst me....(see the no. of short forms i used in tt sentence??) yday, something funny happened in the sms btw me n my colleague..

my colleague picked me up on mon morning to go client's place tog...

so on mon night, i sms him, "hey! so tom same arrangement right? 845 @ same place.."

his reply, "who is tom?"

whahahahah!! i laughed till pengz can??!! he had no idea how cute/funny/hilarious tt was!!!!

n i had to reply again, "tom is tomorrow."

n on a few other occasions, i had to explain my shortforms to frens whom i was msning with... so for the benefit of those of u out there who reads this.....lemme tell u some of shuling's jargon lingo k!!

sb = somebody
sth = something --> both are frm CAMBRIDGE dictionary!! go check!!
tog = together (some ppl spells it tgt)
udst = understand
mngt = management
mng = manage
mgr = manager --> these 3 words look similar, bt they are different!
diff = difficult/ different, depending on the situation
act = actually BUT i prefer to spell it w a DOT -- act. to differentiate btw ACTING kind of act and ACTually
yday = yesterday

act. there arent many la.... =)

pre-LILAC party

it's TONITE!!! =) =) =)

juz painted my nails purple!!! =) kinda miss having colors on my fingernails.....cos of my work.....dark n weird colors juz dun look professional...n since all my nail polish colors come in weird shades such as dark purple, dark bluish-purple, green, hot pink, grape, etc etc etc....i have decided to let my nails breathe ever since i started work!

but.....juz for jaz.....today i shall make it an EXCEPTION....n put on my PURPLE nail polish!!!! =)

went shopping yday (AGAIN!!!!) n got myself a pink bag n pink slippers! =) i wanted to get the bag in purple...bt the niccccce laddddddddyy gave me a FREE purple bag (tt is of the same texture as e purple bag tt i wanted to buy)!!!! so i bought a PINK bag instead...hahaha...pink n purple --not much difference la...both i LIKE!! =) n my LUCKY laptop.....i brought it shopping w me!!! BOTH on wed n yesterday!!!! LUCKY LAPTOP hor??!!! =) it has no idea how heavy it weighs!!! i lugged n draggggged it around orchard on both days lor!!! w heels somemore!!!! bt at least i can dump my laptop on the floor at every stop....IMAGINE if it's a BABY u are carrying????!!! i think i ll juz skip shopping altogether!! or i might juz build up mooooooooooore BICEPS!!! =) hmmm...actually its a goood idea too! =) valerie asked me to bring her monkey-daughter, nicole, out!! whahahaha...which i intend to la....when my sisters are free to come along...cos i cant handle ALONE! =)

work on friday was grrrreat!! cos my client has a niccce pantry!! =) ie. lots of food n drinks! toook a packet of fresh milk yday!! think i ll take a strawberrry milk on monday =) the secret to shuling's weight gain is thru DRINKING MILK!!! (i used to be underweight!!) so....if u wanna gain weight.....DRINK MILK!!! n if u wanna jianfei...DUN DRINK MILK K!!! =) hahaha wat lousy logic....drinking milk is gooood for the body la....so, even if u are fei....aso MUZ drink k!! they sell LOW FAT ones nowadayss!!

had lunch w 9 other colleagues...n i realised.....*SHOCK* *GASP* *HORRIFIED*!!!!! some of them DUN finish their lunch!!!!! left soooo much fooood on their plate!!! it's SINFUL!!! NOT to finish ur foooood....on the other hand.....i felt abit sinful tooo....cos i ate everything on my plate!! anyway....think sg shdn stock up grains if there's a war.......cos.....MOST of the femaless in sg take a low carbo diet!!! we shd stock up APPLES n ORANGES n VEGETABLESS instead! right?!!

had a jog w sereneZ last thurs...after i nua-ed for sooooooooooooooo loong!! heng stil cld manage to run 3.2km....met thiamwei after my jog....ALWAYS see him there! can see he got a better build now!! =) muz get motivation frm him man....

went shopping after lunch today!!! bought a new BLUE top w flowers, a pair of strappy open-toes and a STAR earring (that is same series as my lilac button earring) !! =)

before u start thinking tt i eat snake n go shopping after lunch......

let me tell u tt......i am a herbivore!!!!!! i am VEGETARIAN!!!! so i *gasp** CANNOT eat snake!!!

whahaha...juz kidding la...i think i ll die without meat...altho there were times when i find meat disgusting n almost wanted to go on a vege diet....but............juz cannot la k....

nwae....was FORCED to go on TOIL from this noon all the way till friday....bcos the company decided tt they dun need us!! haha.....there's nothin for us to do rt now....so we were told to clear our TOIL in advance...

so tt means, no need to go to work tomorrow.....i hav SOMETHING to do on fri tho...so cannot take TOIL on friday...bt it's ok...since i m resting tomorrow.....

met a japanese on friday while @ work.... he talked about his mountain n wall climbing experience...n showed us his wall climbing photo taken 10 + yrs ago! =) haha...brought me back to my sec 3 camp...where i also climbed a wall!!! =) i think it's abt 2 storeys high (i think la, bt it's qt high)...tooo bad i din climb till the top...bt i was like 2 or 3 steps away frm the top...haizzz...those were the days...when we still had campsssss, n eat bamboo rice, n play games, n go for night walkss....

met up w the girlsss on friday for dinner n ktv tooo =) =)
n i bought a LILAC top from giodano...they were having a SALE!!! =)
n i needed a LILAC top for my LILAC party this saturday..=) so got myself a reaaaaal gooood bargain =) hahaha!

cant wait for saturday....i ll be in PURPLE!! everything PURPLE! hope they have some kinda contest for "the most LILAC-dressed person"!!!!
